Before machining any parts they are cleaned and inspected. Our workshop has a Ferrous tank, Non-Ferrous tank and an Ultrasonic System to ensure that all of your parts are properly taken care of. If you require cleaning and are in a different industry, talk to us today and see how we can assist you.

State of the Art Cleaning
All items are cleaned prior to initial inspections and this section is again fully equipped with state of the art machinery handling work pieces up to 2,500 Kg.
These include specific machines to process Ferrous materials using a Caustic based chemical, an Ultrasonic system used specifically for nonferrous items and ferrous items that may have parts fitted that could be damaged by the Caustic process.
In addition, we have a secondary Ultrasonic installation purpose built to clean Oil Coolers and DPD Filters

The quality assurance procedures we follow are strictly adhered to and comply with the relevant Engine Manufacturers requirements.
